My Spreadsheets
Learn how to view and download spreadsheets in Sheetloom.
Viewing Spreadsheets
Navigate to the Spreadsheets page from the sidebar to view a list of spreadsheets.
Click on the spreadsheet name to view the last version generated. Click on the name again to expand the list to show previously generated versions.
Download a Spreadsheet
Click on the Download icon towards the right of the row the spreadsheet is on.
To download an older spreadsheet, click on the file and select the version from the expanded list that displays. The most recent file is also available and appears first in the Past Versions list.
Sheetloom displays the last ten woven spreadsheets.
A spreadsheet can also be downloaded directly from the weaving completed notification at runtime.
Delete a Spreadsheet
To delete all generated versions of a spreadsheet, click on the Delete All Sheets button for the appropriate file on the Spreadsheets page.
To delete a specific file, click on the name on the Spreadsheets page to expand the list. Select the file or files to delete. Click on the Delete context button that displays
If the parent template is woven again, previously woven files will also be restored.
