My Spreadsheets
Learn how to view and download spreadsheets in Sheetloom.
Viewing Spreadsheets
Navigate to the Spreadsheets' page from the sidebar to view a list of spreadsheets.
Click on the spreadsheet name to view the last version generated. Click on the name again to expand the list to show previously generated versions.
Downloading Spreadsheets
To download the latest spreadsheet, click the download icon on the right of the row the file is on,or click the file name to expand the list. Select the download icon for the required file from the expanded list.
Sheetloom saves up to the last ten versions of the file.
Remember a spreadsheet can also be downloaded directly from the weaving completed notification at runtime.
Deleting Spreadsheets
To delete all generated versions of a spreadsheet, click on the Delete All Sheets button for the appropriate file on the Spreadsheets page.
To delete a specific file, click on the name on the Spreadsheets page to expand the list. Select the file or files to delete. Click on the Deletecontext button that displays
If the parent template is woven again, previously woven files will also be restored.
