Generate PDF

Sheetloom provides a feature to generate a PDF file from a template or woven spreadsheet. The feature and the number of pages to convert are set by a tag that is set during template upload, or which is separately created in Tags

Set Number of Pages

During template upload, select the number of worksheets to convert to PDF when the operation is run or leave the default of 1 page.

To add the tag to a woven sheet, click on the file to expand the list and then on the Edittag icon. Set the key= pdfpages" and Value = number of pages*

To edit the number of worksheets to convert, click on the file to expand the list and then on the Edittag icon. Adjust the value to the required number and select Submit.

Convert to PDF

The process is the same for templates and woven spreadsheets.

Navigate to the Spreadsheets or Templates page and select the ellipsis icon on the right-hand side of the file row. Click Generate PDF from the dropdown.

Choose whether to make the PDF file available to the Useronly or to the Team, which will make it available to anyone in the group that the template is in.

The generation process begins and in a few seconds a confirmation notification is displayed containing a link to the PDF in the Files page. The PDF can be viewed and downloaded from the Files page at any time.
