Generate PDF

Sheetloom provides a feature to generate a PDF file from a template or woven spreadsheet.

It is configured using Tags to indicate the number of worksheets to convert. By default, the number is set to 1 and can be edited in Tags or in the case of a template, during the upload process.

Edit Number of Pages

During template upload, select the number of worksheets to convert

To edit a template or woven sheet tags, click onthe file to expand the list and then on the Edittag icon. adjust the pdfpages key value to the required number and select Submit.

Convert to PDF

The process is the same for templates and woven spreadsheets.

Navigate to the Spreadsheets or Templates page and select the ellipses icon on the right-hand side of the file row. Click Generate PDF from the dropdown.

Choose whether to make the PDF file available to the Useronly or to the Team, which will make it available to anyone in the Group that the template is in.

The generation process begins and in a few seconds a confirmation notification is displayed containing a link to the file in the Files page. The PDF can be viewed in the Files page at any time.
