Files

The Template Explorer can show a variety of file types, but only Excel templates with an extension .xlsx, .xls or .xlsmcan be woven.  

Groups

Groups are used to restrict template access to authorized users.

When a template is uploaded to Sheetloom a group folder is chosen to save the file to. Only users that have been assigned membership of a group by an Administrator can access and weave templates in that group.

Groups a user has been assigned to are displayed across the top of the Template Explorer page. To switch between Groups, select the appropriate group.

Make sure the correct group folder is selected before uploading a template to avoid making it available to unauthorized users.
